Join The Team

Help us fight homelessness everyday

Why work for us?

The Bridge gives you the opportunity to change other people’s lives every day.

To join our organisation, you should be welcoming, understanding and passionate about creating strong communities.

Housing crisis can feel isolating. As a team, we create a safe space for people in need to access support, empowering clients with tools to create brighter futures and seize opportunities. Many of our clients feel listened to for the first time, when they come through our door.

The risk of homelessness and housing crisis does not just end with a roof and a bed: we are here to holistically support individuals and families to overcome the root causes of their issues, before or during crisis point, fostering independence and creating stable homes.

Together, we can continue offering a lifeline to the most vulnerable in society.

The Bridge prides itself on not only caring for its clients, but its staff as well. The Board of Trustees have developed a benefits package to ensure its employees and their families are looked after. These benefits can be viewed in the rolling banner at the bottom of the page.

“I feel privileged to be part of people's journey at The Bridge, seeing them come through such hard time and thrive is incredible”

– Molly (Accommodation Advisor)

“I’ve learned so much over the last two years, working as part of a great team who genuinely care about their clients and will go that extra mile to help and support them. We continually strive to improve, and we never stop learning. I can honestly say that I love my job!”

– Sue (Triage Worker)
