The Housing Matters Accommodation Service is short-term, supported accommodation for single people, over the age of 18, who are homeless.
The Housing Matters Accommodation Service helps alleviate the pressures of homelessness by providing short-term supported accommodation for up to 9 months. The accommodation is based at The Falcon Centre in Loughborough town centre, with easy access to good transport links.
The accommodation service provides:
A personal charge of £38 per week is required to cover the cost of food, light, heating and water.

Accommodation is based on a short-term stay of up to 9 months. There is a dedicated staff team on site 24/7, with a Support Worker allocated to each individual resident to provide regular, person-centred support, in order to gain permanent accommodation and develop the necessary skills to manage future tenancies.
The Accommodation Service take referrals for single people, aged 18 and over, who are homeless, with a local connection to Leicestershire.
Referrals for the supported accommodation can be made through one of the 7 county Local Authority Housing Options teams or through the Specialist Housing Advice Team at The Bridge.
