Housing Advice at The Bridge East Midlands

Housing Advice

What is the Housing Advice Service?

The Housing Advice Service provides housing advice, assistance and advocacy on all housing and homelessness related matters. The team will give you information and advice and discuss all of your options to help you to understand your legal rights in relation to a housing or homelessness situation. If you are at risk of losing your home or feel that you can no longer stay there, the team will make every effort to help you to keep your home but if this is not possible, you will be given advice about what alternative options may be available to you.

Tenancy Relations Service

Within the Housing Advice Team we have a Tenancy Relations Officer who specialises in providing advice and assistance to both private tenants and landlords with any issues relating to a private tenancy.

If you are a landlord in Charnwood follow the link below for further information about how we can advise you.
