County Housing Advice Line
What is the County Housing Advice Line?
The Leicestershire County Housing Advice Line is a free telephone advice service offering impartial information, advice and signposting on a wide range of housing related issues. The service is for anyone aged over 16, living in Leicestershire (excluding Leicester City) with a housing related issue.
How does it work?
A Specialist Housing Advisor is on hand to answer your call promptly; they will take your contact details and information about the issue that you are experiencing, before offering any advice. In cases where you may require further advice and support, we will signpost you another agency or a relevant service at The Bridge.
