The Bridge is seeking to appoint a Trustee specialising in Commercial Law to join our existing Board for an initial three-year term.
We are looking for a Trustee with knowledge and experience of commercial law practice relevant to voluntary and community organisations. This person will have a strong working knowledge of commercial legislation, as well as good analysis skills and attention to detail.
As a Trustee specialising in Commercial Law, you can help us in several ways:
- Oversight of the legal considerations within decision making and the compliance of the organisation.
- Highlight relevant legislation in relation to commercial law within Board discussions.
- Ensure that you are fully up to date with legal revisions and changes.
- This is a critical role in terms of the need to both monitor and report on the considerations and implications of commercial law across different areas of the organisation.
