The Rough Sleeper Initiative (RSI) Supported Lettings Team is funded by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities to support people who are often vulnerable individuals with complex needs in transitioning from rough sleeping to thriving and maintaining safe and secure housing.
The intensive support provided to clients is hugely varied and ranges from assisting clients in temporary accommodation to explore long term options, applying for essential household items, to supporting people through a benefits tribunal, and many things in between.
Our holistic approach aims to improve each individual’s general wellbeing and through close liaison with other key partners, the Supported Lettings Team support clients to access the necessary specialist services to meet their individual housing and personal needs.
Anyone over 18, in LLR, who is transitioning from rough sleeping to maintaining safe and secure housing.
